Before doing a flood dose session straight away, I would advise everyone to try microdosing with root bark first. That way you can learn very gently how iboga speaks to you and already make great progress.
Even gentler are the homeopathic globules, from root bark to hydrochloride (HCl). You can also combine root bark and homeopathy and so reduce the cost of microdosing.
